Subprocessor List
1. Overview
InterpreterX uses carefully selected service providers to operate the platform. This page lists categories of subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf as of the date above. We require appropriate contractual safeguards with providers that handle personal information.
Call content separation: Account, authentication, billing, and usage metering systems are designed separately from live call audio and transcript content. Live audio is processed in real time by a dedicated speech processing provider under a signed Business Associate Agreement covering applicable processing by that provider.
